I got saved at 19 from massive depression and I found Jesus simply by giving Him a challenge to show Himself to me. Out of desperation and obedience, I opened the Bible and started reading from page one. It wasn’t too long and I started noticing the depression lifting and little seeds of joy started growing in its place. He had captured my heart and I have never gone back since!

I have been a teacher for 20 years and I have taught in many different environments. I started at a Christian school in 2004, teaching science and math. Then it was time to move my ministry from the church to the streets, so I earned my teaching credential and served the inner city youth in San Bernardino, California. I taught high school chemistry and how I saw God move in those hallways. It was incredible! After that, we decided to move up to Spokane and that is when I found BCA. I am happy teaching here. My daughter loves going here. It truly is a great little school!
